I started my nail polish collection from zero in 2014. I am not a completionist, i.e., I don’t buy full collections en masse. Instead I pick and choose and carefully research. This is partly thanks to the prohibitive cost of nail polish where I live (“I’d love to pay $20 for one bottle of OPI!” said no one ever), and because retirement doesn’t save for itself, kids.
